SLAYMALIKIA guarantees that the goods you order are free of defects upon delivery.

When you shop at SLAYMALIKIA hair extensions, you naturally have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either get your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This requires that the complaint is justified and has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product.

Prices
All savings are in relation to recommended retail prices. Offers are only valid for limited periods or while stocks last. Reservations are made for sold-out products, printing errors, VAT and tax changes and delivery failures.
All prices include Danish VAT.

Delivery time?
At Slaymalikia.dk you get fast delivery. Same-day delivery when ordering before 3:00 PM, and before 1:00 PM on Friday, subject to sold-out items.
We send our packages with Post Danmark and GLS.

Avezu.dk cannot be held responsible for delays at one of our package distributors.
In the event that an item cannot be delivered as stated or there are any stock errors, you will be contacted on the telephone number you provided when ordering.

Order

I have changes to my order.
If you have just placed your order, you can contact us at 7519 1891. If the order has already been sent for packing, it is unfortunately not possible to make changes.

How do I buy at Slaymalikia.dk ?

Find the desired item.
Add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
You can then continue your search if you want to shop more. Or press “Proceed to checkout”
If you regret the content, or if you want to make corrections and, for example, change the number of items, you must first press the button “Go to cart”. Here you can delete using the delete button or edit in the box with the quantity. “Update cart” if you want to see the price after the changes.

Now you go to payment. Click on the “Pay now” button
Now you must choose the delivery method and enter delivery information. – Then press “Pay now”
Here you must enter your card details and press “Pay for your order”
NOTE: Your order will only go through when you click “Pay for your order”. If you leave the page before then, the purchase transaction will not be completed.
The system will immediately send you an order confirmation to the email you have provided under customer information. We will only withdraw the money when we ship your products, you will receive an email when we process your order.

What payment options do I have on Slaymalikia.dk?

You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa-Electron, Mobilepay, MasterCard, MasterCard debit, Maestro, Viabill. Anyday Split, Klarna and Bank transfer.


The item I bought on Slaymalikia is now cheaper - will you refund the difference?

Since Avezu.dk is a webshop that often offers offers, it is unfortunately not possible to get a refund for the difference on a further discounted item. Once the payment has been made, you as a customer have accepted the price of the item and for this reason we do not pay the price difference.


Terms

How long do I have the right to cancel?
There is a 21-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received.
If the 21 days are exceeded, the item will not be refunded. In that case, your item can be picked up again at our warehouse Stengærdet 100, or sent again for a fee of DKK 49.
If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. NOTE! Products such as hair extensions, hair care, straighteners, hair dryers, straightening brushes, etc. cannot be returned if they have been used. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.

All shipments to Slaymalikia.dk must be made with delivery, we will not pick up your package at the post office.
You must bear the costs of returning the item yourself.

If you have received free shipping and the total value of the order is less than DKK 499 when the item is returned, the shipping cost will be offset against the returned amount.

What if I don't get to pick up my package or refuse to receive it?
If the package is not picked up within the specified time limit, or if acceptance is refused, an administration fee will be charged that corresponds to the price of the freight at the time of shipment, and the amount to be refunded will be deducted.

Exchanging goods on Slaymalikia.dk
If you wish to exchange one or more items from your order, we ask you to return the item and place a new order at Salaymalikia.dk.
